We offer a 30-day return policy with a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Simply contact us, and we'll arrange a return address, replacement, or refund—your choice.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incomplete, this must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags to be eligible for a return.

Please note: Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

Return Costs

The shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes:

  • If a returned item is received without packaging or does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
  • We do not offer refunds for orders that do not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., an incorrect delivery address provided).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

4. Submitting a Warranty Claim

  • If approved, you will receive a replacement product free of charge.

5. Non-Transferable Warranty

The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
